Tabouli

  • 1 cup quinoa cooked as directed
  • Red onion diced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1 zucchini diced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt to taste.

This is refreshing when served with a burrito wrap with alfalfa sprouts, spinach and hummus 💗🌱💗🌱💗🌱
